Dr. Marco Cappalunga

ODONTOLOGIST

Dr. Marco Cappalunga graduated in Dentistry from the University of Parma in 2004. He is registered with the Massa Carrara Medical and Dental Association (No. 248) and is a member of the ANDI (National Association of Italian Dentists).

He specializes primarily in surgical-prosthetic rehabilitations, both partial and total, including immediate load protocols, offering effective and long-lasting solutions even in the most complex cases.

In his practice, he integrates advanced technologies such as intraoral scanners, piezoelectric surgery, guided surgery, and magneto-dynamic techniques, which allow for more precise, less invasive procedures and faster recovery times for the patient.

His focus is always on the individual: listening, clarity, and transparency are the foundation of every treatment plan, ensuring patients are guided through their care in an informed and relaxed manner.

Outside of his clinical work, he pursues several passions, including traveling, skiing, playing padel, and reading—activities that reflect a dynamic and balanced approach to both life and work.

Dr. Ornella Testa

Dentist – Orthodontics

Dr. Ornella Testa graduated in Dentistry from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2003. She is registered with the Rome Board of Dentists (No. O 05982) and is a member of SIDO.

She has furthered her training in orthodontics and masticatory function, as well as in pediatric dentistry, developing specific expertise in the orthodontic treatment of both adults and children.

She specializes in interceptive orthodontics, fixed multibracket orthodontics, and clear aligner treatments, utilizing advanced digital diagnostic workflows and technologies such as intraoral scanners and latest-generation orthodontic systems, including orthodontic miniscrew approaches and mixed techniques.

Her approach is strongly oriented toward the balance between function and aesthetics: every treatment is designed to improve not only dental alignment but also the overall harmony of the face and the patient’s psychological well-being.

What motivates her most is accompanying patients, particularly the younger ones, on a journey that helps them grow with greater confidence and self-awareness.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and practicing sports, including running, fitness, and tennis.

Dr. Ettore Madaro

ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY

Graduated from the University of Turin in 1991, Dr. Ettore Madaro has been registered with the Professional Board since 1992. He holds the position of Vice President of SITIZIP (Italian Society of Zygomatic and Pterygoid Implantology).

He obtained a Second-Level Master’s Degree in Zygomatic Surgery and a Master’s Degree in Orthognathic Surgery, further specializing in zygomatic and pterygoid surgery techniques at ILAPEO.

He has been dealing with implant surgery for many years, with a particular expertise in managing severe maxillary atrophy, offering advanced solutions even in the most complex cases.

In his work, he integrates the most modern technologies to ensure precise, safe, and predictable interventions, with an approach oriented toward quality and long-term durability.

Great attention is paid to the person: listening, clarity, and precision guide every phase of the treatment path. Dr. Madaro works in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, following the patient from diagnosis to therapy to guarantee clinical continuity and consistency.

Dr. Andrea Buchalter

Dentist – Implant Prosthodontics and Oral Surgery

A graduate in Dentistry from the Sapienza University of Rome in 1993, Dr. Andrea Buchalter completed a specialization in Periodontology at New York University in 1995/96. He is registered with the Rome Medical and Dental Association (No. 2996) and is a member of the ANDI.

He focuses primarily on implant prosthodontics and oral surgery, with extensive experience in managing complex rehabilitations.

In his practice, he utilizes advanced technologies such as piezosurgery, implant stability measurement systems (Osstell), and guided surgery, which allow for more precise, safe, and predictable procedures over time.

His approach is oriented toward simplicity and efficacy: every therapeutic choice is evaluated to offer the patient the most suitable solution, avoiding unnecessarily complex treatments. His vocation for this profession stems from a family tradition, which has contributed to building a strong sense of responsibility toward the patient.

Dr. Daniele Fanali

After graduating in Dentistry from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 2010, Dr. Daniele Fanali furthered his training with a specialization in Oral Surgery at the Tor Vergata University of Rome and a Master’s degree in Legal and Forensic Dentistry from the University of Florence. He is registered with the Milan Medical and Dental Association (No. 6118).

He primarily focuses on endodontic and prosthetic treatments, with the goal of restoring function and aesthetics to the smile, thereby improving patients’ quality of life.

In his practice, he utilizes technologies such as intraoral scanners and periodontal lasers, which allow for more precise diagnoses and more targeted, comfortable treatments.

His approach is guided by listening: understanding the patient’s needs is the first step in building an effective and personalized treatment plan. His professional choice was also born from strong personal motivation, following in his father’s footsteps.

He earned a Level II Master’s degree in Fixed Prosthodontics on teeth and implants at La Sapienza University of Rome and has furthered his training through theoretical and practical courses in advanced surgery, full-mouth rehabilitations, and smile aesthetics.

He specializes primarily in implantology, prosthodontics, and full-mouth rehabilitations, with particular focus on bone regeneration techniques using autologous bone, addressing even the most complex cases with a comprehensive and personalized approach.

In his practice, he uses advanced technologies such as intraoral scanners to ensure precision, comfort, and lasting results.

Great attention is devoted to the patient relationship: listening, empathy, and trust form the foundation of every treatment journey, with the goal of providing a serene experience and high-quality functional and aesthetic results.
